Project Outcome
Completing this project was a significant undertaking for our small team, but through dedicated effort, we successfully delivered the complex within 12 months.
The project's location presented unique challenges, including stringent fire separations both horizontally and vertically. However, our biggest hurdle was the combination of location and timing. The site experienced prolonged periods of darkness and snowfall, which posed significant obstacles during construction. These challenges provided valuable insights into the use of LVL framing in such environments. For future projects, we will actively engage in the design phase to implement strategies that mitigate these issues.
Overall, this project offered our team a diverse range of tasks, allowing us to showcase our skills and deliver a truly exceptional result.
